What You’ll Be Doing

As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will:

🩺 Assess, plan and deliver outstanding nursing care
📋 Develop and review person-centred care plans
💊 Safely administer and record medication (in line with NMC guidelines)
👩‍⚕️ Support and mentor care team colleagues
🤝 Work closely with families and multi-disciplinary professionals
📝 Maintain accurate clinical documentation
🎓 Complete mandatory training and stay professionally up to date

You’ll practice with integrity, safeguarding residents and promoting dignity at all times.
