We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Activities/Lifestyle Coordinator to help create enjoyable activities for our residents, including those living with Dementia.

If you love connecting with people and making a positive difference, this could be the perfect role for you.


A Typical Day Might Include

Your days will be varied and rewarding. You might:

🎨 Run arts, crafts, music or reminiscence sessions
🎉 Organise themed celebrations and special events
🚌 Help arrange trips into the local community
🎭 Book entertainers or activity providers
💬 Encourage residents to join activities and socialise
📝 Keep simple records of participation and preferences

Your creativity will help turn ordinary moments into memorable experiences.


🌱 No Experience? No Problem

You don’t need previous care experience to join Harbour Healthcare.

Full training and support will be provided.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in:

  • Hospitality or customer service
  • Retail
  • Childcare or education
  • Community work or volunteering
  • Events, arts or creative activities

What matters most is kindness, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in helping others.
